With extreme weather conditions in the summer, Lake Havasu stays mostly warm and dry all year round. The Lake Havasu real estate market can be your next choice for a vacation home, or a year round residence. Summer recreation includes watersport competitions, boating, fishing tournaments and plenty of fun in the sun with water nearby.
